New to Windowblinds and I have Questions

I have downloaded a number of skins from wincustomize and skinbase.org and I'm wondering
what I'm supposed to do with my downloads. Let's pretend that I'm old (I am) and I have
no memory (I don't) and I don't know why some downloads turn out to be a .wba file (only)
and some turn out to be a zip folder full of all kinds of stuff. Where am I supposed to
put all of this stuff????
Please help!!!

.wba files are for the WindowBlinds program https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ and all you need to do is double click them, if you have the program installed. If you've downloaded any WB skins that are .zip, all you need to do is rename them.... xxx.zip = xxx.wba
