The skins that you download have a .bootskin extension, right? When I install, I just double-click the file. Bootskin should install it for you. I just use a zipping utility to put a .bootskin extension on it instead of a zip or a rar extension. Then I commence with the double-clicking as usual. I found that if you delete some of the screens that come with the program, you'll have problems installing new ones. Try reinstalling it and then adding them...I'm going to bed. Class tomorrow.
