I thought about posting this in the support forum but I think it fits better here.
Over the past fifteen years I have used a lot of software; freeware, shareware, commercial, games, productivity, education. You name it, I’ve had it.
Stardock and the community around WinCustomize have always been responsive to my issues with their software and I wanted to give them kudos. Between IRC, forums, newsgroups, and email, I almost always get my problems solved. (Although, so many options may be too many, I see the same questions answered over and over again in the different channels. A central repository might be useful.)
I tell my wife that good customer service is the only distinguishing feature in most products these days. And that feature has always been present here.
For the record, so that I am not accused of being a Pawn of Wardell ? I too have had to learn patience when it comes to some applications (WindowsFX mostly these days) but most of those are due to the use of the TabletPC and I don’t blame them too much for not going crazy getting those issues fixed.
