well i think i got it now.... was there once but when i added text the first time it gave me that little X-outed box, but i thing i may have i now..... Thanks all for the help

Forgot to add, you can do it the same as Fuzzy Logic said if the image is already on the web, but you can use any file on your pc and create a URL on that link. So you don't have to go to a web page, other than
http://www.imageshack.us/
and any image on your computer becomes a URL

I noticed to that if you grab an image from another site, it may show up at first but then turns into that little X-ed out box, why is that?

yeah on the last 2 i did, but the ones i did earlier turned into that little X-ed out box, thats the ones that i used from Deviant.... why would they do that
