Hi,
I have an animated GIF file, and I want to insert that file into the boot screen (hopefully via BootSkin). Unofortunately, I'm having little luck as it seems BootSkin doesn't recognize GIFs. Is there a way I can somehow use it with BootSkin?
If not, then there is another question. After logging on, the blank desktop of the DesktopX theme appears. For instance, I have a predominantly blue background on my theme, with numerous widgets, etc, so immediately after I log on, essentially the same background of the theme appears as the rest of the widgets and programs (i.e. ObjectDock) start loading. What I want to know is how do I have a specific picture background for the portion of time when windows is loading up? So instead of that blue background, I would like to have my animated GIF. I know that the GIF works on the normal windows desktop, but not on DesktopX.
To summarize, if bootskin is not possible, how can I have my animated Gif appear while windows loads after logging on, and afterward have the normal desktopx theme appear with the same blue background?
