I've done it too. Now I just let it go as it seems to show up when I click on it when the screen returns. I think that if you, for ex. just click on the blog you posted to instead of re-doing the message, it will show up then and once you see that it does do this, you'll go on with confidence and save yourself the headache of thinking you're losing work.
