Hey Frogboy,
there is one issue I'd like to post. The same I have basically directed to Chinmon and I hope that united you could both save my problem which is as follows:
Let's resume:
In the basis OD version (Freeware)you could create dock and position it on top/right/bottom/left resp. wherever you wanted. But you could create one dock only. To this dock you have added the corresponding icons which were linked with corresponding programs O.K.
So you started your PC and your desktop appears with tab and icons visible on top(position where I put the doks)and icons glew when you passed over with mouse.
So far O.K.! After I have opened any program, let's say internet, the internet window covered the tabs and icons and you couldn't see them. But after I passed over with the mouse on the top of the window the icons became visible again and is it as it should be.The tabs and icons shall be always on the back side of any opened window.
For OD+ I've created one dock (I'm talking about ordinary docks not about tabbed docks)on top and one on the right and have also added the corresponding icons related (linked) to corresponding programs. O.K.
I opened any program, let's say in this case also internet. Opened internet page has not covered in this case like in the basic version the tabs/icons. These are in the front of the window visible. If I wanted to acces the symbol tray on the top of the window the tabs cover the symbol tray and I dont have acces to the symbols resp. I can't close the window/minimize or do resize it or do anything on the symbol tray. Hope you understand!
What I want is to have is the tabs/icons when I open one window , on the backside of any opened window.
The settings that Chinmon proposed are probably related to some other functions and which I can't find.
What I find in the positioning section are:
Top/Left/Right/Bottom (Autohide)
Alignment (Center/Left/Right)
Z-ordering (Always on top/Always on Bottom/Normal Z-Ordering)
I hope I could explain to you the problem properly as otherwise the OD+ is not usable.
Hope you can advise!
