Yes he is licensed to do so he can arrest people and everything like a police officer.

All they above is the main factors as to why I laid in the hospital bed for the first time in my life at the age of 29. I didn't quit because it was the first job I had in almost 2 years. I wanted to get my life back together after an incident 4 years ago caused me to loose my job (and other things) I wanted to help my Mom pay bills and my sister to live better.
A quote from a letter I am about to send
By May, my health had improved somewhat, but the state of affairs at the job did not. It would also seemed that my supervisor found out that I had spoke to his supervisors about him and seemed out to have me fired. In May of 2004 he basically lied about me covering for him for a shift at the BLANK and wrote me up for an offense that is one of the biggest inaction a officer can do of which is leaving his post. Although I was told that this write up was not going to go against me (by the same management who probably told him I said something), it became clear that now I have to worry about him coming after me.

So basically I was caught between my supervisor, my company, and now the director of the place I work threatens me. The atmosphere where I work tends to be hostile, the director and the company I work for are at each other (putting the officers in the middle), the supervisor and the company I work for is at each other and finally the place I work is annoyed with the company I work with.
DAMN!!!!
What a site... a sensitive site by the way, a museum, in New York, open to the public... the building itself is a maze or conglomerated biuldings...
Its really bad isn't it?
