Pretty much means what it says
....those great skins like Christmas Time that have, like you said, 70+ errors aren't readily apparent using the skin, doesn't make them any less great, but those non-critical errors should be cleaned up to improve performance, because the skin is asking WB to apply attributes that don't exist.
