I need help designing, no, coding a site. Yes, it is another skinning site. I don't have it uploaded yet, so you can't "check it out." But I need a coder who knows PHP (that's the only SS language the server reads). I'll send you a zip file full of stuffpage template, what I need, etc. You need to be at least a decent PHP coder (or code scavenger), because I'll need several MySQL databases, user scripts, message boards, etc. Also, please note that (at the moment) there is no money involved.
