Given your post in that other thread too, Hockey, it's seeming that you have an illegal serial number.
Please don't post here anymore trying to obtain the suite.
If you want it, purchase it and you won't have any problems finding it.
If you have already purchased it, e-mail support@stardock.com and explain the situation. Give them the full name and e-mail adress you purchased with, and they can look it up in the database.
