WebCam Software

Is there any free webcam/digital camcorder software available that can do any of the following?

a. Start and stop recording from one time to another. {For eg. I could tell it to record from 12:30 to 1)

b. Start recording when motion is detected.

Not sure about having it record from one time to another, but I suppose it could be possible. I use Logitech's QuickCam Pro 4000, and you can set it to take captures when triggered by movement.

I believe I saw some free webcam applications on MajorGeek.com, but I'm sure you'd have to put up with a banner or some other annoying add on since it's free.

there is a windows powertoy that does certain things like capture at intervauls.. it MIGHT be able to do that.. but it looks like they switched their site around again and i can't find a link.. sorry

c) record videos at a really slow frame rate (1 fps)
