Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. I’ve checked on my system (which has gone through many official Windows updates), but I haven’t encountered the same problem.
It’s possible that Start11 wasn’t installed correctly. Here’s what I recommend:
- Uninstall Start11 from your system.
- Reboot immediately — this step is important.
- Download the latest version from your Stardock account product page.
- Install Start11, then reboot again right after installation.
- Retest the issue and let us know how it goes.
