I downloaded fences 4 and am in a trial period, but after trying to remove the program, it won't let me. I've tried the purge file from a previous post and ran it as administrator (as I was told to do in Windows 11), but when I reboot it keeps popping up. This does not make me want to ever use a Stardock product again. I can't believe the amount of time wasted just trying to remove this program. I'd love some help here.
Where did you download Fences 4 trial from?
Only Fences 6 is available at Stardock's website.
i just got a new computer and transferred the file over and then opened it.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to be clear, you transfer the installer file to the new computer and reinstall it or you just copy over the installed application to your new computer?

I transferred the installer and initiated it, and it is running but not showing up in the open applications. When I use the purge fences file it says error: the system was unable to find the specified registry key or value, but the last line says Success: sent termination signal to the process "rund1132.exe with PID 14468. After i finish it, I always then see a box that says "Getting started with fences"
Nevermind, I just installed Fences six and then used the purge and it worked.
