I resolved this issue using the following process
1: Back up the Objectdock settings
2: Quit Object Dock
3: uninstall Objectdock
4: Reinstall Object Dock 3
5 Restore backed-up settings
Object Dock 3 is now working flawlessly
Note: This process can also resolve such issues on other apps after a major Windows 11 update by reinstalling after updating Windows 11
