icons not moving when fences started

Please give us full information as requested above. Please use Winver.exe to get the OS Build number. Need Fences full version number too. And a video would help us understand your issue better.

Hello,I believe Fences v1 not compatible with Windows 11. It is best to upgrade to Fences 6.
