Problem:

CursorFX cursor is brighter than its preview with default settings.
BUT, CursorFX cursor gets its preview brightness back only when I'm adjusting any window size by dragging edge of any windows, or moving any windows by dragging title bar of the window.
When I 'START' moving mouse after [mousedown], cursor gets its preview brightness.
When I [mouseup], it returns to brighter version. that is showing normally in HDR enabled monitor, unlike its preview.
This behavior is tested with MS Edge, Google Chrome, WIndows Explorer, Steam, Razer Synapse, Epic Games Launcher, Everything(that file search program)
It will probably happen on every GUI programs.
This does not happen on HDR disabled monitor. This still happen if I disconnect HDR disabled monitor.
If I try to drag something inside the window(not resizing or moving window) this does not happen.
Conditions:
Windows 11 23H2, Windows HDR is enabled. (Enabled HDR via Windows Settings - System - Display)
NVIDIA Control Panel: Color RGB with 12-bit, driver 566.36. Did not messed any HDR settings there. G-Sync Compatible is activated.
CursorFX version: 4.03 & it's installed from Stardock website
Also, at HDR disabled(Did not enabled, but that monitor also supports HDR) monitor, if I drag or resize window, looks like cursor blinks once per each attempt before [mouseup] event. It's in between [mousedown] and [mouseup] but I think I can't say the exact timing.
