Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please do this,
- re-setup the layout as what it should look like.
- Turn on Fences "Advance Logging". Its in the About tab->Troubleshooting->click on Enable advance logging".
- When the issue reappear. Go back on that same drop down menu and click on "Create error report package for technical support" Follow the instruction to submit a report for Support. Please include the link to this thread.
