Subject: Persistent Display Issues After Uninstalling WindowBlinds 11

I’ve noticed that others have reported similar issues, and it seems a definitive solution has not yet been found. One particularly concerning aspect is that the problem persists even after uninstalling WindowBlinds 11.

Here are some relevant details about my setup:

• Display 1: 3840 x 2400 resolution, 250% scaling
• Display 2: 3840 x 2160 resolution, 100% scaling
• Display 3: 1200 x 1920 resolution, 100% scaling
• All system drivers, including NVIDIA graphics drivers, are fully up to date.

The issue is most noticeable with desktop icons (as shown above), but it affects the overall display experience. I was able to slightly improve the situation by uninstalling WindowBlinds 11 and restarting the laptop without connecting the two external monitors.

Additionally, I’ve observed that the default WindowBlinds 11 style (with the grey taskbar) does not apply automatically or consistently. After cycling through several styles, the default appearance eventually arrives, but it’s unclear what triggers this behavior.

I believe this issue warrants a closer look from the Stardock development team.

When the three displays are active simultaneously (3840 x 2400, 3840 x 2160, 1200 x 1920), WindowBlinds 11 seems to encounter a bug that significantly impacts usability (the "huge fonts bug").

Could you please let me know if this issue is known to your team and whether a fix is planned for an upcoming update?

I have installed WindowBlinds 11 via Object Desktop on two different computers.

The issue I am experiencing only occurs on the machine with high-resolution displays (3840 x 2400; 3840 x 2160; 1200 x 1920). When these displays are active together, WindowBlinds 11 seems to encounter a bug that significantly affects usability. Interestingly, the other computer also has three monitors, but with lower resolutions, and the issue does not occur there. This leads me to believe the problem is related to high-resolution display handling.

I have already spent a fair amount of time trying to troubleshoot this, but due to my schedule, I’m unable to perform further diagnostics. I believe it is now up to Stardock to investigate and address this issue.

I uninstalled WindowBlinds some time ago.

It took a bit of effort, but things eventually returned to normal.

However, I still use Start11 and Groupy 2 on a daily basis.

The issue hasn’t reappeared since I removed WindowBlinds, which might be a useful clue for you to consider.

I wish you the best of luck in resolving this problem, which is making WindowBlinds (or possibly another one of your applications, or a combination of them) unusable for some of your customers.
