Lost Icons

I've been using fences for many years now, just "upgraded" to a lifetime subscription. Suddenly I've lost about half my icons with them being replaced with a small arrow pointing to the right. This includes common icons for items like facebook and ebay. There is no rhyme or reason to what has changed as google has been replaced but google maps has not. How do I get the icons back ?
