Two Fences Settings in Startup Apps?

Is this correct--should there be two Fences Settings in my Startup Apps or did something go wrong in the install/update? Thank you!

Yes, Fences need to be Startup twice for it to work properly. Do you have any strange behavior from Fences in your system?
