I purchased the permanent license, which said it carries 5 simultaneous activations. However, on my second PC, I downloaded the software, and it said the activation was used up. In previous postings in this forum, I saw that people have the same problem. One of your support team members showed people how to see my current subscription. I followed and discovered that under my product, it says "1 out of 1 activation" instead of my expected "1 out of 5". How should I proceed from here? Or where should I report that?
