When we move the taskbar on top of the screen first using Start11, and then we install Fences, it creates the default fences but the top one is too high and we can't reach it's title bar to move it were we want...

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. You could set your taskbar to the bottom adjust those top fence. Save the layout. Than change back the taskbar to top.
