How to stop constant upgrade reminders.

How do I stop the constant 'upgrade' reminders that are constantly popping up on my screen several times a day?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Which software is giving the reminder? Fences? Groupy? Or reminder from Object Desktop manager?
