Hi scheuerman21,
I've just tried this with a fresh install of DeskScapes 10 (Version 10.03) on a similar build of Windows10 Pro. My attempts have all failed to reproduce your issue. One rudimentary step in troubleshooting would first be to verify that your app is running with the latest version. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest from your account's product page.

If that doesn't do it, I'd have some follow up questions:
It appears you've been using DeskScapes 10 for some years. Could you tell us if this is a newly experienced issue for you? If it has not always happened this way, is there anything you might have changed about your computer, perhaps by installing something that could feasibly conflict with desktop customization?
Additionally, have you made any significant changes in DeskScapes' settings, or perhaps effecting the file-paths accessed by DeskScapes itself?
After controlling for the questions above, if you continue to experience the issue, can you tell me if you are doing anything different from what I'm doing in the video capture link below? (setting a dream and deleting a dream).

I hope this helps to resolves the problem for you, or at least helps to identify what's going on here.
Lastly, if you install the trial for DeskScapes 11 (Current version), can you still reproduce your issue?
