I cant open windowsblind 11 in steam

help plz

so basically, I just bought windowsblind 11 from steam and it just says "Steam has delieverd a newer version WindowsBlinds. Would you like to install it?" and i press no and nothing happens and i press yes and nothing happens? Please help

btw Start11 V2 works completely fine also (in steam)
