my misses works at a local(nation wide chain) grocery store. 1 day last week a kid abt 17 comes running in to the store. calm but scared he tell my misses and a few others standing there that a lady parked behind him grabed his car door flung it open and yelled at him about being parked in her spot.( the woman uses the firelane to park her car and leave her kid in the car while she does her banking ). he jumped out of his car and ran inside for safety. he then requested a manager to walk him back out to his car. the on duty manager was called .(but never showed). abt 4 minutes later the lady (expecting with one tinytot in tow)storms in the store screaming at the kid..the manager runs up only hearing her yell "hes parked in the fire zone",he then procedes to tell the kid to get the hell out of the store or hes going to call the police. but b 4 the kid can do anything the manager shoves him backwards the kid stumbles and falls tripping over the instore banks isle cones, falling to the floor. the kid gets up and heads for the door. as he gets to the door he yells back at the manager "you @#$%# " the manager then gives the lady a chair and a free bottle of water.. making sure shes ok.....
basically a kid runs inside for protection from a adult thats being threatening .. and gets beat up by the stores manager..and so far this manager is still working for the store ..............this isnt the first time hes been abusive to customers or employees either ... can any one tell me why a person like this is still in a consumer related buisness ?????
