Hi, I would really like this to work well. I would have to re buy the app to do more testing tho, unless there are logs are still on my pc.


I had groupy 1 installed from the stardock website, and installed group 2 via steam. I did not remove or deactivate groupy 1 before installing groupy 2.

The installation and configuration of groupy 2 had some hickups and glitches, where the settings menu had it's visuals stretched out when I resized it then it crashed. But that only happened once and after opening it again it worked fine.

After trying it out for  a bit I really liked the visuals, and some of my apps crashed but I did not want to attribute it to groupy 2 right away. After a bit I started noticing occasional stutters when crossing app borders though. So I tested this with chrome, and turns out that moving my mouse back and forth over the bottom border quickly caused it to slow down, and crash in somewhere between a couple seconds and a minute.

I repeated this a couple times to be sure, then removed groupy 2 and installed groupy 1

Everything is back to normal now, but the tabs aren't as pretty

I can also try it on a virtual machine, if it works there I can just reset my machine. Before I do though, I would like to confirm I can get a refund if we can't get this to work properly

I don't mind skipping the trail, your software is cheap, cool and really handy. But your policies would be a straight up crime here, and I'm not going to bother any further

Yes, I said "would be a straight up crime". Just because you're legally allowed to screw people because of where you're registered, doesn't make it right. This is an attitude that does not inspire trust
