I have purchased (Fences 4.22) and as new version released. is there any difference between them? do you recommend to upgrade it to new version?

Hello,Fences 4.22 should be like v4.21 with some "Miscellaneous installer changes" Refer here: https://forums.stardock.com/526644/get;3923974.
