Different prices

Why is in the mail stated that the price is $5.09* with the cupon.And when I want to purcahse it it states higher price of 6.65 €. I dont understand 1USD is less than 1EUR? In my calculation 5.09 USD+20%VAT equals 6,01USD and in EUR it is 5.68EUR

This has been answered a few times. The advertised price does not include the sales tax which differs by state, nor does it inclde a VAT (Value Added Tax). Exchange rates vary as well from day to day.
