I purchased Start 10 a good while ago and upgraded to Start 11 on my old drive a year or 2 ago. Now I can no longer activate Start 11 on my new drive with my account password. Can you help me on this. I should not have to pay again for this product.
You activate Start 11 with your e-mail & serial number, not account password. You should be able to find the information you need for that on your account's dowloads page here [
