Some Fence titles have no background, some gradient fade away, one looks grayed out

All on brand new monitors, and all have the same opacity percentage.

Seems to depend on where I put them on the screen.

Your Fences version.
Your monitor screen resolution and scale (100%,125%,300% etc)
