I don't think this will help anyone else, but I was told I need to post here....
On August 21 2014, I ordered a copy of Fences 2. The order number was 3264810. The receipt was sent to Keith Russell at xxxxx@spamex.com . (This is an address I was using only for PayPal at the time.)
An order for other products on the same day was sent to Keith Russell at xxxxxxx@spamex.com (an address I was using only for Stardock).
I just re-installed version 2.13. When I try to activate Fences with either of these email addresses, it fails. Logging into Stardock failed to activate it, at well.
I may have used either the name Keith Russell or the name Warren Russell to order. It's also possible I used a different custom address like xxxxx@spamex.com, xxxxx@xemaps.com, or xxxxxxxx@magicspeller.com.
Can you help me, please?

Hardware: I can send you more information if you need it, but it's a powerful fairly recent Microsoft desktop.
Has the app ever worked: Yes, I activated it right after buying it, and it worked fine.
Error Message: Email is not valid for this product key.
