Will I have the same Fences/files in them after the upgrade?

I have three Fences with some 50 files/folders in them and some 20 other files on my desktop. Will my desktop look the same after the upgrade, or does it zero much or all of it out?

When I upgraded from Fences 3 to Fences 4 on both my W10 and W11 machines, my Fences contents were preserved.
