Fences 3.1.3.3 is incompatible with Wallpaper Engine.

Screen flickers when switching software or closing or minimizing software.

Hello.
I have both Fences 3.1.3.3. and Wallpaper Engine installed, and the screen flickers every time I switch software or close or minimize the software.

And, after uninstalling Fences, it works fine.
So, I think it's a conflict between Fences and Wallpaper Engine.

I saw someone on Reddit Bugs saying that installing an older version of Fences 3.09 will restore normalcy.
If so, could you please provide an installer for the old version of Fences 3.09?

lanadel20, I really hate to tell you this, but Stardock doesn't store old installers.
