Upgrade from Groupy 1.4 to Group 2

I have Groupy 1.4. In doing "check for updates" it shows upgrade is available to Groupy 2. Is this a FREE upgrade? ... from 1.4 to 2?

And also, where on the Stardock website can I see how many of the 5 licenses have already been used?

Upgrade from Groupy V1 to V2 is not free but, there is discount available for Groupy V1 user. Refer here: https://forums.stardock.com/518774/groupy-2-upgrade-faq
