No it isn't, and hence my comment...
With a bit of luck, now that Saddam has been got, efforts can be re-directed more towards Bin Laden and to similar positive end.
Neither should be left to exist as a rallying point to any dissident, fanatic or terrorist, no matter what race, colour, religion or political bent.
The best solution is to expunge them from social conscience and deny them their heritage.
Death by whatever means necessary and by whatever Legal process desired by those whose lives were/are affected most.
