Since there's a contest out there to make skins, can we start a thread about where to find the best tutorials for creating skins in the programs displayed in the contest?
Kinda figured there'd be a link somewhere on the main WC page, but I don't believe there is a link to a top-notch, easy to understand, Windowblind Skin creation tutorial thing.
