China...yes, and a boot is a trunk, and a mudguard is a wing and a bumper is a fender....but since cars did not originate in the US it was just plain petty of them to go change the naming protocol...

Actually, only in the US did they find necessary to reinvent the English language and decide that "colour" should be spelled "color". I everywhere else in the world where English is written, it's "colour".

I think its safe to say that the United States has saved the world a couple times that we can change the english language to suit us as we want. What do ya think?

I'd be pretty surprised too considering that "sulfa" is an antibiotic, not the element also known as brimstone.

Yep your right. We only perfected cars as well as alot of other things like breakfast.

that kinda happens when the worlds greatest minds are all in America.

I would have to say we are savages though. After all, we are the only contry to drop a atomic bomb.
