All right time for my epistle:
First: Michael Jackson is innocent until proven guilty. This is one of the USA's basic rights. Most of what I have read supports that he is guilty. No matter that he has been tried before for the same offense, he was never convicted. I will presume he is innocent, but i will not actually say that out loud.
Second: Michael Jackson has had an abnormal life. Since his first years of life he has been thrown money and fame. However he lacked the basic childhood experience that really defines who we become. He has no experience of a normal life. Whatever his decisions (the strange new face and pale skin) were not made by a mind that functions in the same way as ours.
Third: There is a chance of other crazy people trying to smear Jackson for their own personal agenda. They may either hate child molesters so much that they attack on suspicion, or they benefit from jackson's demise.
Fourth: Media is not reliable. I don't trust everything told to me on tv or the internet about Jackson. Personally if I somehow got into his situation (Lord knows how) and I had that much money I would buy my own nation and leave the country with a big middle finger waving behind me. But how can we possible know what he thinks: his life is so much different he probably sees things from a viewpoint that none of us has ever even thought of. If you flip throught the channels you see very little opinion on the Jackson situation on major channels. For once I think they took the right course even if it was for the wrong reason (scared of being wrong for wither outcome) at least in the news.
Fifth: There is genius in Michael Jackson. His music was great, and he used to be very very popular. What amazes me is that with so much negative publicity he still remains popular. What really creeps me out is the subject change in his videos since the eighties. I recently saw his music movie 'ghosts' and its mainly focused on children, while 'thriller' is about a girl and Jackson in both cases.
Sixth: Finally, his change in physique. I cannot understand why he did this and I shall never want to. I see it as a sign of degradation of his mental health. However I am no mental health expert so my opnion in this matter is moot.
In conclusion: I think that Michael Jackson is completly different from all of us 'normal' people. However he cannot be held on a different system of justice. I think that there is a very good chance that he is either guilty or being played. Either way I think he has mental problems and definitly needs some form of help. Genuis might be borderline insanity, but still I would rather be sane then a genius. Based on the evidence I would have to say guilty, but I shall hold my guilty verdict until after a jury decides or he pleads guilty.
