My question is like the title says.. Does WindowBlinds 11 have the option to create a theme from the ground up like when using WindowBlinds 10 on Windows 10?

I think my question comes from discussions on SkinStudio being in an odd place - development wise? 

Has this been one of the talking points for the beta release that I might not have been aware of?

As a possible convert to Windows 11 from macOS, I'd like to know if I can try out making some themes for use with WindowBlinds 11 and eventually Curtains too, which is not possible on macOS due to the nature of staleness in the theming area on there.

I really liked Curtains from what I've tried, and I hope that one in particular will also make its way to Windows 11.
