unable to move or resize fences

I upgraded my video card and a few other drivers and cannot move re-size the fences

Hello.

I updated my video drivers and fences were scattered on my desktop. I restored a snapshot, but am now unable to move or re-size the fences. Any help?

Try right click on your desktop and click "View" and uncheck "Lock Fences".
