Mouse/Tablet/Digistizer drivers?
Scanner drivers?
Printer Drivers?
TSR's loading up?
Shell? Explorer/DesktopX, Explorer/Windoblinds, Explorer/WinStep, Explorer/Hoverdesk, LiteStep, Aston?
When the error pops up is it in pop up window or a blue screen?
Pop up, what else does it say including error number
Blue screen, can you hit pause and read the whole thing or can you cycle the error so you can write down the error return message?

If it is a specific Stardock application error, have you contacted Stardock support?
mmmm, I have done a number of searchs for that class and can not get any hits on it...
Which lends to my thinking that it is something to do with either a driver or your java engine, whichever one you are using, Jet, Sun, or what have you....
