Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. What version of Fences you have install and on Windows 7/8/10 or 11? Also need full version Windows numbers please. Use Winver.exe to get those numbers.

Windows 10, yes? Have you try latest Fences V4.0.5.11. Should be available in your account product page. Try that one and see if you still have issue. Make sure the option for Fences on top is turn on.
