Context: I work from home, and I connect to my company's network, then use Remote Desktop to connect to my company laptop which lives in a cold room facility. Remote Desktop always runs in full-screen mode.
There is a glitch that occurs when I am working on the local machine and then switch to my Remote Desktop session. The local machine's taskbar stays on top. However, if I click on the Start button, the taskbar changes to the remote PC's taskbar, but not until - and not always - clicking Start. I've verified that when turning off Start 11 the Remote Desktop window functions exactly as it should - the remote PC's taskbar appears on the screen.
Here's a short video capture showing what happens.
This isn't a show-stopper, but it would be really nice if the RDP taskbar appeared when I switched to that window. Any workarounds for this?
