I have been using Stardock for years, and love your products.
Recently, I've been getting this error message and it caused Fences not to work at all.

I've installed, reinstalled, used your .bat to purge Fences, etc.
Finally... after spending way too much time on this, I installed Fences 4 (actually, a bit by mistake - since I purchased when it was ver3).... and that worked!
I am/was so excited.
Then, I went to enter my Product Key and it failed, since I only have it for ver3.
- I'm asking if Stardock would be generous since I can't seem to get ver3 working, if you would grant me a license for the currently working Fences 4.
I would continue to be a life-long Stardock supporter!
Thank you for considering. *as I'm typing this I'm just realizing that this is a Support Forum Post, rather than an email directly to Support. Is that right? I was going to include my EM and my current Product Key for ver3. But, I'll wait unless asked.
