Pardon me, I know this has to be listed somewhere, but I cannot seem to focus. Will someone please direct me to solutions as to why a task bar will not mirror on extended monitor display?
It has never worked, but to explain where I am at, circumstances require I have more independent viewing space to be able to go screen to screen without having to search tabs and swap what is in front. All except video, I have a very high end computer. Right this moment I am using an AMD 590 8GB video card running a superwide monitor as side by side screens with the picture extended.
No Idea with my lack of concentration and focus how to separate what you may need to be able to help, so here is now and intent.
Primary connection is Display Port for left side of screen and HDMI for right side. Primary has task bar, secondary does not.
NOTE: I did make a registry change previous to Start 11 attempting to move taskbar to the left side of the screen. I cannot find the instructions on how to do again so I can reverse in case this is the problem. (To me this is the MOST annoying part of Windows 11 and almost enough reason to revert to Windows 10.)
Changing to dual video AMD 590 8GB and Nvidia 790 4GB
27"(a) + 27"(
49" divided x2 27"(c & d)
This has to be 2 Display ports 1 card each and 2 HDMI 1 card each. Top right monitor (Nvidia HDMI) is a shared use with second computer with active flip back and forth
AMD card on top on motherboard Display Port is the overall primary and has the only task bar along the top of the screen. I can swap these in Windows to make Nvidia primary on Display Port with the taskbar so I can at least have one task bar available with a game or video on full screen, but I am supposed to have a task bar with clock on all.
NOTE: Disabled, homebound, already frustrated, so if you offer assistance, detail please alleviating me the responsibility of thinking. Hahaha
