Eval crashes on selecting a Style, Style not applied. Does not work so far. Help?

Just picked up the eval on Windows 10 [Version 6.3.19043]. Installed, select a Style and each time it does this. Tried several different ones. Obviously no feedback on the product itself, as it doesn't work so far. Some help be lovely Eventviewer record below

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you post your full Windows 10 version number as stated on Windows "Winver.exe"

First , Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

I will. For sure, it's the latest version; I downloaded it, installed five minutes later, it crashed and here we are

OK, that does seem to have fixed it, thank you very much
Maybe the install needs to call a reboot at the end, as that's the only real difference from the initial installation?

I think it's supposed to prompt a restart, and that is good thing to do after any installation really, even though not always required. Great you got it working then.
