I use 4 monitors in Windows 10. The main is directly connected via a KVM to my HDMI port on my computer. The other three are driven via a USB -> HDMI adapter that can drive 4 monitors. I use three.
When I use my KVM to switch computers, the primary screen responds immediately. The USB driven screens take a while to catch up.
When I switch back to my primary computer with Fences, the fences are all squeezed onto the primary/main screen. Sometimes the saved/restore position feature of Fences works, sometimes not. So, I must move the fences manually.
I was wondering if there is a way to use a command line or PowerShell command to drive the fences to a specific position on a specific screen. I know the save fences Layout & snapping function stores the locations and screen settings somewhere in a file. I'd like to be able to access that file directly to update my current fences and positions on the monitors.
