Well, I finally got a reply from support on March 15. In a video he told me about in-private browsing. So I tried logging into my account with Microsoft Edge but that didn't work. I then sent him this reply:
"I opened an in-private window in Ms Edge but after logging in, my profile showed: Downloads remaining: 1 and User Level: Member instead of User Level: Subscriber and Downloads: Unlimited".
He stopped corresponding with me after that and I haven't heard from him since March 18. It's already been
weeks since I re-subscribed and I still can't download anything. I've waited many days trying to resolve my issue. Hopefully I can get compensated for time lost.
